Returning something to us is as easy as 3 steps!

  1. First, talk to us!  You can contact us via our helpdesk, give us a call at 1-800-433-4321, or e-mail us so we know what's going on.  Sometimes we can find a solution for you before you return anything!
    • P.S. Returned items without customer care approval or information end up being sad and lonely orphaned packages since we don't quite know what to do with them. :(
  2. Once you have a confirmed RMA and worked out all the return details with us, pack the return merchandise well so it arrives back to us without getting hurt.

  3. Send the package back to us!  Done!

Things to keep in mind:

  • If the error is ours, we will gladly issue a return shipping label for the return package. If you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind about the merchandise, the responsibility for return postage is yours, but we will happily refund or replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in good condition!

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • If you have used or opened the item(s), a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Special ordered items, all printed materials, club installments, and clearance items are non-returnable.
